Present
Kaiser Permanente Hospitals, Outpatient Pharmacy,
Riverside, CA Handled all word processing and typing. Entered
data for reports, tracking of Attendance, FMLA, and Corrective Action and
Training for all staff in 4 Outpatient Pharmacies. Purchased and maintained
inventory of all office supplies and specialty items for Pharmacies.
Supported 2 managers and 4 supervisors to achieve compliance in assuring all
training is completed prior to deadlines; all staff compliant for health
annually; all timekeeping for approx 100 staff members to assure timecards
are correctly coded for time off, LOA’s, FMLA, etc. Onboard new hires and
enroll them in required instructor lead training. Accomplishments:

Researched
and set up Scan-to-email on copier/fax machine. Result: Saved time and money
and shared with Pharmacy Administration so the other pharmacies in service
area could have it set up in their locations. ·
Organized
staff and Supervisors to work together on performing our own Audits in
preparation for the KP internal BPA’s where a minimum of 90% is base goal.
Result: Staff felt pride in being part of the process and in the 24 hour
pharmacy we were able to then get a score of just under 99% which was unheard
of for a pharmacy that large. These audits prepare us for a State audit. ·

administrative support to several Customer Service Representative team
managers as well as other departments: Operations, Training, Quality

Entered data for reports, tracking Employee Recognition gifts in accordance
with IRS rules to KP’s National Payroll in an Excel spreadsheet. Scheduled
and calendared meetings in onsite conference rooms, as well as set up A/V
equipment, catering and minutes. Maintained filing system for over 500
employees. Assisted with planning of annual off-site event, as well as events
at call center during the year for staff that included ordering food and
gifts for all staff. Assisted Team Managers with bi-weekly timekeeping.

assisting the Kaiser Rider Liaison and Security in tracking parking citation
for Car Pool violations, I distributed forms for all staff (600+) to provide
vehicle information. I entered into a spreadsheet to enable security to identify
the employee in violation. Result: Decreased violations dramatically. ·
Researched
policy and procedure for reporting employee gifts and found we were not in
compliance. Result: Corrected the process to avoid fines. Customer

Created
spreadsheets to track all orders and shipping for several customers that made
tracking-at-a-glance easy for production to follow. ·
Worked
diligently with transportation companies to get the best prices and best

shipments as well.
